Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging. Exceptions may be made for damaged or defective items; please contact us immediately.
  • Personalized or customized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Once authorized, carefully repackage the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective item).
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
